Diagnosis and quote
Our qualified technician will speak to you over the phone to assess the situation. We will arrange a visit at a mutually agreeable time, usually within 24 hours.
Repair
We will ensure the parts and equipment are on board to minimise time getting your appliance functioning. We carry a wide range of spare parts and and can usually diagnose and repair in one visit. We also stock many parts for older appliances.
Servicing
Our technician can service your appliance on request. Checking, cleaning, lubricating, calibrating, whatever is required to ensure your appliance is in optimum working condition.
Guarantee
Our work is guaranteed. Our technicians are honest and practical; when the appliance is not cost effective to repair – we will tell you.
Payment
Payment is expected on completion of the work. Our technician will except EFTPOS, credit card or cash. If immediate payment is not possible; please discuss this prior to any work commencing.
