Our washing machine had broken down. Charles came around and diagnosed it was something that would need looking at in their workshop. Provided a loan machine there and then, took our machine away and then provided a quote once they had diagnosed the issue. Reasonably priced and great service. Easy payment via EFTPOS. Will definitely use again.

I have just had Charles out to fix my appliance and I’m over the moon – to be honest I thought I was going to have to come up with the money to buy a new fridge but Charles took a look and fixed it just like that. He was not only very knowledgeable in his profession but honest, reliable, fair and trustworthy too. It’s not often you get a serviceman who is all of those things! Charles from Aaron Appliance’s will be the first person I call when the need arises and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know. A job very well done!!!!

My very old dishwasher suddenly packed up & would not start washing when selecting any cycle. Charles the repair man is super friendly, efficient & professional. It practically only took him 10-15mins & it was up & going again!! Cost approx $150, money I was happy to spend, rather than buying a new dishwasher! I would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.

The advice offered by Aaron Appliances was a great help. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of help with their appliances. Aaron took the time to know our names, he came when it suited us, he explained exactly what had happened with our fridge and the repairs he had done and we were happy with the cost which fell low in the estimate range he had given us. I rang Charles after the washing machine broke at 6pm on a Monday night. He was here within 30mins of my call…a late night too. From the phone he tried to help fix the problem but also let me know that it would probably occur again. He was friendly and went beyond the call of duty by ensuring that the rest of the washing machine was ok also at no extra charge. His charge was reasonable also. I would not hesitate to use this service again if I had any issues. No complaints at all!

We brought a Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer and Fisher & Paykel washing machine and were very impressed with the service and professionalism that Charles provided. Charles the repairman was excellent. The most amazing thing is that he was able to come out late at night (after 7pm) when it suited us! Swift work, friendly and most definitely knowledgeable. He identified the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. Furthermore he showed us what to do if our Hoover washing machine should stop again. He has just saved us spending over $1000 on a new washing machine and he is most definitely value for money! No hesitation in recommending him to others. A+++++

Stove element could not be regulated. Called Charles, who arranged a suitable time on the same day. Friendly and great to talk to. Charles identified the problem and also had the required part in his van. Definitely knows his job and does not muck around. Fixed a thermostat and the element works fine. For $167 (Callout + parts & labour) it was money well spent with the assurance should something go wrong, he would be back. I would highly recommend this professional.

I called another company to look at my old Vulcan dishwasher and was told to buy new one. Further more charged $88.00 for a 15 min. service call. Charles knew from my conversation alone what was possibly wrong & costs. On arrival he made an assessment & had it repaired & running in no time. This will be the first company I call any time I have a problem with my appliances. He will let you if it’s repairable and arrange a time that suits you. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The fridge wouldn’t stay cold so called up and he came round while tenants were there and fixed something in it… cost around $250, so not super cheap, but I should get a few more years out of it and that includes call-out. No hassles quick and easy to deal with. Recommended.

I had an old Gentle Annie washing machine that was about 12 years old. It spat the dummy and Charles came to have a look at it for me. I seriously thought that I was in for a new machine as most repair guys get a kick back on selling new appliances. I was in for a very pleasant surprise when it was fixed for approx $250.00 – I then got another two years out of it!! I came across this advert the other day and just had to write a review. The staff at Aaron Appliances are extremely honest and very reliable and I can highly recommend them.
